Interrogating Legal Theory

The Environmental Affairs Review of Theory and Law (E.A.R.TH.&L.) serves as a critical forum for undergraduate scholarship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We bridge the gap between abstract environmental philosophy and the rigorous structures of judicial practice, facilitating a dialogue that interrogates the theoretical underpinnings of policy while addressing the urgent legal challenges of our era with academic excellence.
